It is an open world top-down ambulance driving game. You work shifts, collecting and transporting patients in the way of missions. You can upgrade the ambulance. Repair ambulance at garages, replenish drugs and equipment. Unfortunately, steering is too sensitive and there are no settings to adjust that. Traffic is mindless excasabating the issue, even using the siren doesn't help. I tried with both keyboard and gamepad, issue persists.
