Shanice, and I decided to hike Mount Leconte in Mid March. The hike was very strenuous but not challenging. Lots of ice is still built up after the Alum Cave in Mid March, but is still able to do when taking proper safety precautions. This is a hike, not a walk, pack water, food, clothing, etc. as needed.
