0You can see there were some frame skips/stutter at 10:11. The developers screwed the game up with last update. Heard there were no issues before the update. It's just not optimized for PC. I'm sure that on console, it runs smooth as butter.

You might've noticed cuts in the video at certain parts, that would be because I was reloading my save due to losing Silent Assassin rating lol. I'm not good enough to be doing this all in one go yet. Maybe in the future you will see some "Silent Assassin, Suit Only" runs from me. Quite possible.
I left the MSI Afterburner overlay on so you could get a benchmark out of this video too. My laptop is connected to a 32" 4K 144 Hz monitor. And I have limited the FPS to 145 using RivaTuner, that's why it doesn't go above that. I will make it unlocked in future videos so you guys can see how much FPS I'm really getting. I use Throttlestop to power limit the CPU, that's why it doesn't go above 40W.
