Steam Launch Options: VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr11 %command% -skip_launcher

This one is a bit weird, since it normally won't let you enable RT at all. The workaround is to fake your GPU vendor using dxvk.conf. Here I put one with "dxgi.customVendorId = ffff" in the same folder as Hitman3.exe, normally Nvidia has vendor id 10de. This disables access to DLSS, so I had to use FSR instead.
