Hitting the Trails at Iron Range Off-Road Park - Trail Damage, Missadventure
WARNING - Some Strong Language.
I go on some more off-roading adventures! This footage was from when I was up in Minnesota. This is the first time I go to the Iron Range Off-Highway Recreation Park. The first trail we go on is Skull Road. So at first the trail is not bad at all. Then we start to come across some rocks. In a short time later we come across huge boulders in the road. SO after talking to the staff at the entrance, the North American 4x4 Association, or something like that, came to the park recently for an event. They dumped huge sharp rocks everywhere to make things more "fun" for the event. When they left, they did not pick up after them selves, making every trail un-drivable for anything under 35 inch tires. Eventually we have to turn back and using some finesse, get the Jeep out of a tight spot. I did get some trail damage from these rocks. My new wheel got a chunk taken out of it. This is part 1 of the trail visit. The next part is more easy going.
