Guys, just Cap your FPS with RivaTuner NOT inside the Game, do it at the limit you know that won't be under your min/max/average FPS and it will dramatically reduce stutter. In my case with DLSS 4 and FG x2 it pumps 240FPS at DLSS 4 Balanced, so my FPS Cap is 145. I'm running 3840x1600 and max 175Hz so i think that's good.
