The Ghosting issue in Hogwarts legacy happens due to Performance or HFR Performance modes; if you want to avoid it, play on Balanced (around 40 FPS with VRR) or Fidelity mode to not get this issue.

Ghosting issues and other problems like lighting or inability to choose RayTracing mode might be fixed in the next update, but that's the only workaround for now.
