A 4090, 4080 & 7900XTX even have big FPS drops in certain places in Hogwarts at 4K ULTRA RT....as low as 30fps even with Upscaling. This is because the game is CPU limited(Multi cores are not used fully) and the Developers still have not fixed it, looks like they never will going by how long it's been since release lol

Runs very badly at times in some battles or in certain areas of the map.
Althought it's a 100% playable On Ultra RT on my 7900XTX and I wouldn't really notice anything much if wasn't looking at my FPS count.

The only answer is too lower RT settings, Maybe upscaling to balanced for it to be consistently smoother hopefully.

I will test more with ULTRA RT & see if the game gets better with slowdowns
