Yet apparently AMD GPUs are supposed to be bad at ray tracing ....Ray tracing is fine on AMD GPUs let me tell you.
If Nvidia have an advantage in some games with RT, it's not by much & really not worth the extra money.
Nvidia fanboys will tell you so much, that it's double the FPS etc, not reality ppl
I've seen tests myself without Frame generation and just DLSS on the 4080, Literally nothing in it, worse in other games for the 4080 compared to the 7900XTX, with less drops like in this game & the 7900xtx is better at Raster, yet the 4080 is £300 more..
With the same settings, a 4090 gives you around an extra 20 fps with DLSS on in this game over the 7900XTX. Personally I wouldn't be paying a extra £1000 for that but some ppl will
The 7900XTX has allowed me to max out virtually every game I play with Ray tracing at 4K & I'd highly recommend it for the price now!
