This might not work for everybody, but it truly worked for me.

Nothing like building a top of the line PC just to crash repeatedly in your favorite games lol.
Ok, it's most likely not all the BS you read in tons of garbage, click bait, youtube videos by jerk offs looking for followers.
It's simple most likely. It's overclocking.
No, not just your GPU. It's possibly XMP profiles for DDR5 that are total trash, or it’s processor overclocks that just aren't as stable as you think.

I reverted all my GPU overclocks to stock and kept crashing. Then I tried every dam thing I could find. Overwrote files, changed settings in configuration files, increased VRAM nonsense, changed bios allocated GPU vram...
Driver reinstall, rollback, verified integrity..
You name it, I tried it.. Nothing..
Kept crashing.

I set my bios back to complete stock (Cleared CMOS) and manually adjusted my ram timings and voltages per manufacturer spec with XMP off.
Loaded up and.. Wala.. Problem sovled..

UPDATE:
After more testing I am 100% certain that if you do not have enough voltage to your CPU in an overclock, you will get this error.
Raise your Vcore and/or possibly just your load line calibration. Test until stable.

Use this guide for 6.1GHZ if you want to try.

I got my setup stable at 1.42V Core and High LLC with those exact settings from the video above.
Hope that helps..
Cheers.
