Hogwarts Legacy is an action role-playing game set in the late 1800s, where the player character, a new fifth-year student at Hogwarts, discovers a connection to ancient, forgotten magic. This ability places them at the center of a dangerous plot involving the rebellious goblin Ranrock and the dark wizard Victor Rookwood, who seek to harness the ancient magic for destructive purposes. The player must master their powers, uncover the truth behind the magic, and confront the villains threatening the wizarding world.
