1,210Today we answer the question of what happens if you start a game of HOI4 with all techs already researched? In this video, I do exactly that where, playing as Hungary (and forming Austria-Hungary), I begin in 1936 with all technologies unlocked for an interesting HOI4 challenge! However, the only challenging thing here is my lack of ability in HOI4 - definitely not a HOI4 guide or tutorial here - though the AI does use exploits against me, so does that count?
