In this Hearts of Iron 4 Lets Play we'll be doing a campaign with the Random Ideology Mod, where every country is assigned a random ideology at start. We're playing as France, and we were assigned the communist ideology, changing our name to the French Commune.

This series was started on the 1.5 Cornflakes patch and the Waking the Tiger expansion / DLC. I discuss my reasoning and strategy as I play, thus this walkthrough could serve as a tutorial or guide.
