Our next stop takes us to the Greenpath. Compared to the Forgotten Crossroads, this one’s more vibrant. I’m reminded of Brinstar in Super Metroid where it’s lush and full of life. Too bad the water is acid and that’s not good.
Along the way we face off against Hornet, a Knight who wields a lance. She’s fast and deadly opponent but if you time your offense, you will manage. Defeating her will net you the ability to dash. You can also do it in mid air. Ain’t that nice. This will help you when you wish to reach areas you normally can’t.
We also explore the Fungal Wastes but in Part 3, we’ll be covering the whole thing and see what’s inside. Plus having a map helps.
