Nightmare King Grimm Strategy (Successful Attempt at 3:40:40):
I finally got NKG's pattern towards the very end. Whenever he reappears, walk away from him and jump:

1. If he dash uppercuts, then land and position yourself roughly next to him to avoid the projectiles (you can quick-charge-heal here if you're fast)
2. If he starts in the air and dives, then double jump air dash out of the way to avoid the followup
3. If he does dracula fireballs, duck under the first fireball, jump over the second, then air dash through the last volley and strike twice
4. If he waits there and does pillar attack, approach and get in roughly two strikes. If he is too close to the corner it may not be worth it to try as there is a risk of getting trapped by pillars
5. If he summons spikes from the ground you can quick-charge-heal and dodge anything afterwards

I'd prefer to heal when you stagger him; whatever works for you. In general, try to reposition yourself back to the center of the room when you can or he can trap you with the same patterns over and over, which is terribly cheap.
