Kiara is a basic melee character that focuses on wide melee attack range like Calli, but different in terms of her skills which requires her to constantly move to preserve buffs, takes reduced damage and has fire emitting behind her wherever she moves. Her special is suited for crowd control, and would be best if she had more items akin to said special's capabilities.
Similar to the pre-buff Calli, Kiara also had a problem with her attack range not covering areas near her (and even more so if the area of attack increases), so its best to constantly keep a distance between her and the fans.
I tried with the build that works on Stage Mode... but it seems that I really need more speed if I am to continue with this build... or should have gone with different combination of items.
