Now comes the most exciting and tedious part of any PC build, connecting the front panel switches, usb, and LEDs. There are headers on the motherboard and cables on the case, and they all must be connected correctly for the computer to turn on and for the front panel USB to function. Consult the manual for the motherboard, and plug in the right plugs in the right headers. Super exciting? Super Tedious.
