I alternated one leg exercises and two legs exercises, with almost no rest between the exercises, for the maximum results!

Routine:
- 15 reverse lunges each leg
- 30 squats
- 15 bulgarian split squats each leg
- 20 jumps on ledge
- 15 lateral lunges each leg
- 20 squat jumps
- 10 calf raises 1 sec hold at top + 15 calf raises each leg
- 3-4 sets
