In my point of view, max reps must be done with these 2 conditions, so that they can reflect one's real strength and level:
- Full ROM and movement controlled (NOT too fast!)
- No more than 1 sec rest allowed in any position (concentric or eccentric), so no hanging rest!

Let's see in a couple of months how much I can improve!
