This is part 4 of a 5 phase video series, showcasing my home workout routine.

The six exercises in this video are aimed to train your muscles in different ways. You will notice that there is a combination of horizontal and vertical movements, as well as pushing and pulling motions within the six exercises.

This is intentional as challenging your muscles in a variety of ways will improve their multifunctional capabilities and also serves to any areas of weakness, which can then be addressed with additional targeted exercises.

For example, if you struggle with push-ups, you can spend time on them until you become proficient.
