So... This is what you get when you combine 1 pc power supply, a arduino, a heavy duty pnp transistor and some leads on the arm + some coding etc.
For reference: the pulse length used in this video is 1ms @ ~176V.
I am not sure of the exact voltage but from the calculations it should be somewhere in those terms.

(I actually wrote a 3:rd party program that read the osu beat file and parsed it, and using the data there i was able to send pulses to the serial of the arduino, fun stuff)
