Homestream Watcher - Part 14 (April Fool 2014 - Decemberween Dangeresque)
27Another week, another attempt at going through a bunch of Homestar material. This stream covered everything notable, as well as many things that are only arguably notable, from 2014 to 2017. As always, I do like having a list of all the content covered in the video. Because the later years have a lot of really minor social media updates mixed in with the bigger stuff, I did my best to identify what's what in the list. They're separated like this:
*** - Major update, usually on the main Flash website, plus some Youtube exclusives. Includes relatively minor things like Halloween teasers and some short puppet stuff, but basically, this is anything considered important enough to sit alongside the "classic" (2000-2010) content.
(Twtr) - Twitter exclusive. Many of these are just random responses to tweets sent to Strong Bad, but some have a bit more meat to them. Kind of a mixed bag. Stuff like the Skills of an Artist videos were posted here, but were also on the Youtube channel, so those are considered major updates.
(Inst) - Instagram exclusive. Basically the same as the Twitter category, but far fewer things were posted here. There's not a huge distinction between the two. I'd probably consider the "Coffee Town" video more of a major or miscellaneous update personally, but it was an Instagram post so that's what I'm categorizing it as.
(Misc) - As the name implies, miscellaneous stuff. Anything that doesn't fit in the above categories.
The titles for the social media post updates are taken from the "Social Media Crap Compilation" videos when possible, and mostly from the unofficial Chronological Timeline video otherwise (which according to the credits of that video, were made up).
