Two weeks ago ESEA uploaded a video to their youtube account where they used a guy with Downs Syndrome in a negative way to illustrate the other clients out there. I found it really wierd and wrong so I made an honest ESEA client video (as a joke).
Though I got a message from the guy from ESEA who made the video saying that he would file a copyright claim if I didnt remove this video, and as I am stupid enough I actually removed it.

But after questioning my friend (Who work as a Lawyer) he told me that this video would fit under the "fair use" of youtube since this is a parody video and Im not using that much of their first video, I felt like I had to reupload this.

You cant make us forget what you've done ESEA.
