GT Manager is Almost good enough to be the Spiritual successor to MotorSport Manager; but this Early Access title will need to add considerable depth and move away from the Linear Arcade style of gameplay before that can happen.

POINTS OF INTEREST
🔵 Systematically Manage your way through all GT Endurance Leagues GT4 - Hyper.
🔵 Real Brands, drivers & Tracks.
🔵 Mixture of Sprints and Endurance races.
🔵 GT Manager comes across as a Realistic Arcade Game, but more work is required.
🔵 ALMOST a decent successor to Motorsport Manager (but not quite yet).

✔️ Massive potential.
✔️ Graphics are nice.
✔️ Gameplay is enjoyable.
✔️ UI is crisp clean AND NO BUGS noticed.
✔️ Audio is limited but what exists is decent.
✔️ Nice balance between Arcade and Realism (Would like to see more simulation options).
✔️ Rain really can impact or derail your race.
✔️ Push function (Seems Arcadey but isn't) As it can lead to accidents.

NEGATIVES
❌ Far Too Easy. There is literally no challenge (Unless it rains).
❌ Too shallow, there is little depth to the setup, development, tactics, employees etc...
❌ Could easily be a mobile game in its current state (Too basic).
❌ Driver swap adds too much additional time to Pit Stops.
❌ Each Season development continues over (Not car specific).
❌ Endurance races are too short.
❌ Qualifying seems a bit pointless (as a single tactic often works regardless).
❌ A Single tactic often works (Low push, Med tyres & Max Fuel).
❌ Winning previous League is not enough to unlock the next league.
❌ Game becomes boring and repetitive...No real challenge, no real depth.
❌ Drivers don't seem to have personalities.
❌ No difficulty options/ timescale adjustments (can't have 24hr races for example)
❌ Linear unlock of features, Research, Testing etc.. instead of being a financial decision by players.

MY RECOMMENDATIONS
💡 Add more Realism/Simulation elements to the game.
💡 Expand on EVERYTHING: setups, testing, design & Research, Drivers, contracts, everything.
💡 More camera angles in race (cockpit, track-side, heli-cam).
💡 Remove the Linear unlocks of features and allow players to buy IF they can afford.
