I have found a way to get on the arena grounds where some of the Tenakth are fighting some Redeye Watchers. Normally there is a invisible wall preventing the player to enter it. Here I show you one way to enter it anyway.

My Game Version was 1.018.000 on PS5.

To get on the hut I advise to move the camera like I did at 0:37
You can also enter the hut instead and try to jump over the invisible wall inside it. It´s kinda random till it worked out for me. After that you have it easier to jump on the roof of the hut.

The watchers inside the arena you can only defeat with Silent Strikes. Means if they spot you, they are invincible. After defeating all of them the guards are doing even victory poses. Normally they can´t defeat them on their own as far as I know. So it´s funny that they added these victory poses there.
