Obviously there isn't a way to stop your health from increasing by levelling up but I am limiting XP earned by only killing the necessary enemies wherever possible and sticking to mandatory quests only. No optional or errands.
Rules for this run are below:
- Only mandatory quests completed.
- No purchasing of weapons, can only use what is obtained normally without doing any activities (hunting grounds for example).
- No purchasing of outfits.
- No upgrades to carry capacity across all areas (outfits, weapons, resources, ammo, potions)
- Cannot use any skill points to earn extra abilities.
- Weapon modifications are allowed when obtained from mandatory kills.
- Cannot use the over drive ability for combat purposes.
