Hornby Class 60 Diesel Locomotive, 60062 DB Schenker Code 3 Repaint (OO Gauge) Review HD
12Its been a while since I have done a model train review and this is the second one of this year and could be the last one. This is a Hornby Class 60 that has been repainted into DB Schenker/DB Cargo red and numbered into 60062 and is named as "Stainless Pioneer". The model train is weathered and has been detailed on the front bufferbeam. The model has all wheel drive. directional head/tail lights as well as switchable day/night lighting. The model also has NEM couplers and is DCC ready via the 8 pin socket. I shall be adding a Kato driver and DCC sound at a later date. Unfortunately as I had to dispose of all my model railway track and stuff earlier in the year due to circumstances beyond my control. So this review is shorter and is more of a "show and tell" but I plan to get some Kato HO Scale UniTrack soon enough, so I should be able to do more model train reviews in the new year if not later this year. A fantastic Code 3 repaint and a fabulous model train from Hornby.
