Here is the star of the show and my all-time favourite locomotive of all the Class 60's. This Hornby Class 60 is 60008 in EWS Livery and this model have been customised heavily as it has the correct coloured headlight cases, body-coloured cabside window frames and detailing with a dummy chain coupler and air pipes at cab number 1 end. The original model used was 60029 that was released in 2008. This model still needs crew and some custom made sun blinds for the windows as featured in my 60022 and 60071 models. The model is DCC ready and I have added an ESU LokSound decoder into my beast since this video was made. The running is very smooth and it can handle a full rake of Virgin MkIII carriages and a DVT with ease that are shown in the video as the locomotive has all-wheel drive.
