Pick Up +100 Sanity Potions in Horrific Visions
In Horrific Visions, five colored potions appear throughout Orgrimmar and Stormwind. Each color provides one of five random effects per run, and only one player can drink a potion at a time.

Potion effects include:
+100 Sanity
-100 Sanity
Spicy - Breathe fire, burns you when expired
Sluggish - Health regen, slows you when expired
Sickening - Damage reduction, causes vomiting when expired

Determining the Bad Potion on your Horrific Vision Runs
The -100 Sanity potion can be identified at the start of each run:
Stormwind: Check the potion near dead Morgan Pestle at the start.
Orgrimmar: Look for the potion next to dead Voidbound Ravager in the second left hut. This will be the bad potion.

Bad Sanity Potion - Good Sanity Potion

Blue Purple
Purple Black
