Using the strategies from Bloody's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHpUynlU0Vk) and executed suboptimally, I was able to get a strategy that didn't revolve around insane void ray micro. I wasn't really satisfied with the first video since it seemed slightly more fluke-y than I desired. This or an extra time stop should hopefully is easier to recreate as it is not quite as micro intensive for such a long time and isn't as time crunched.

You'll want to max out as much as possible on Wrathwalker colossi, which do 175 (!) damage to structures, which include the void shards. This will kill them incredibly quickly. By using arbiters, you can recall your army of wrathwalkers around and snipe 2 of the 3 void shards before time stop expires. Then, you can snipe the last one with your army's dying breath.

Importantly: If you find this strategy hard to execute (took me about 12 tries to get this), consider taking one time stop to kill a 3rd shard, waiting 5 minutes, and then hitting the last 2 shards at the same time with time stop + recall.

This is not much easier to execute, but there's only about 30 seconds of execution required and is less time dependent. I had about 5 minutes left in the achievement time window instead of the mere seconds I had in the original. This means that micro and time management is less important.
