56YOOOO! In this video, I used Cephalops! and by the title, it may imply I don't think Cephalops is good. No, I do think that Cephalops is very strong, however I do not think that it deserves a ban after all the nerfs it has gotten, the most recent one being -Frost Beam. I personally think it should be available to use in Ranked for a couple of days or even a week to see how healthy it is for the game.
