i know this is probably unexpected as i havent made a non-gd video in actually years but since i am basically just waiting for 2.2 i decided to finish off a challenge i started 4 years ago but didn't end up finishing
not done with gd, just dont expect anything from me gd-related until 2.2 releases or if robtop decides to delay the update further lmao

I beat Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number with an S rank on all possible chapters on Hard Mode.
I completed Act 1 through Act 3 back in 2019, and only just now completed Act 4 to Act 6, so I basically completely forget my thoughts on the earlier levels.
I'd also like to say: fuck doors, fuck the hitboxes to pick up literally any weapon in the game, and fuck the braindead AI that has 1ms reaction time but also can't hear gunshots from a point-blank range (???). I really like this game but it really wasn't made for high-score runs like this it was very frustrating agh

Oh yeah also apologies for my game hanging for a weird amount of time (mainly in Acts 4 through 6) don't know why it kept happening but it did and i didn't want to add additional cuts to cut that out. Halfway gave me a heart attack at the end of Release though lmfao

Best Level: In the regular difficulty mode Take Over is pretty easily my favourite but the changes in level design in Hard Mode genuinely make this a difficult question as I really can't say I enjoyed most of them at all. I'll probably go with Execution as it took like no time to do and is one of the more fair levels at this difficulty
Worst Level: There are a lot of dogshit levels in Hard Mode (Dead Ahead, Death Wish, Casualties, Take Over, etc.) but the king of them all for me was Release. It took me a grueling 2 and a half hours to S rank as the 2nd and 4th rooms are complete trash in terms of enemy placement. Agony
Worst Performance: Down Under, mainly because its the first level and therefore its the most competitive in terms of score, with my run here placing me at 13385th lol
Best Performance: Subway. This run didn't even feel that good but somehow this run landed me in the Top 100 at 88th place. Dunno how but I guess this was the best
