Just a video of me getting the achievements, I didn't get during the playthrough years ago. I have 2 more videos planned on this.

Timestamps (+Achievements):
00:00 - Scene 15th: Withdrawl (Actually beating the level)
After you finish floor 1 and 2 the third one is a no restart zone. If you fail you get the bad outcome of this level.

02:30 - Achievement "SNAKE ON A HEAD"
To get this, just beat a level with all of the snake masks. You will probably use 2 of them during your playthrough, the last one you can use on one of the two levels. Preferably the 2nd one, cause the martial arts one is not friendly with his first level.

02:40 - Special Outro of Scene 15

03:25 - Achievement "STARE INTO THE ABYSS"
For this Achievement, you have to spam the grab button during the time the guy leaves in that Outro of Scene 15. It will unlock a bonus level.

04:30 - Bonus Scene: The Abyss
08:35 - Achievement "DON'T LET ANGER GET THE BEST OF YOU"
You need to beat all of Evan's Levels without going overboard and killing a single person (accept the one in his first level, he doesn't count). It's quite difficult, but you can get the hang of it.

09:10 - Achievement "1-800-GODDAMN"
Just get A+ ranks on the normal levels. It's much easier than you think if you go for highish combos. S rank is a bit harder.

09:20 - Achievement "I'M COMING IN AND I'M UNARMED"
You need to beat HOMICIDE without a firearm, so just bait out the enemies with a peak and then punch or use the pipes, blades etc.

11:20 - Achievement "ASSASSINS CRED"
For this one, NO MERCY scene's first floor needs to be done with just the silencer. You can take your time with this. You can also use the lock on system (middle mouse) to lock on to enemies, so you don't over shoot. You have 12 guys and 12 bullets, make them count.

12:00 - Achievement "FAMILY BUSINESS"
Same as "SNAKES ON A HEAD". Just use all of Son's Techniques. Katana will obviously be used first. But the other two I recommend using the guns for Son's 2nd Style Pick Stage and Fists for his very first level. That's reduces some of the headaches.

12:10 - Call for Information
12:20 - Scene 13th: Subway (Floor One)
13:00 - Scene 13th: Subway (Floor Two)
13:30 - Achievement "DEAD SILENT"
This achievements a bit of a pain. But start the level by going to the left and taking care of the enemies in that area, if you can go a bit to the top right to get one or two, but if you can't go down, so the patroling person doesn't clang. After everyone is taken out, find a perfect wall for you to wait for him to walk past so you can beat him and get the achievement.
14:45 - Achievement "THE BAR OF BROKEN HEROES"
The only way you get this if you picked up the phone at the start of the scene

16:50 - Achievement "A BOX FULL OF SHARP OBJECTS"
Get every weapon kill in the game. I showed off 3 of the rarer ones (toothbrush, acid, bottle). But during your playthrough you will probably get ~27/33.

17:15 - Achievement "NUCLEAR WASTE"
In HOMICIDE knock over the 5 shown stands.

17:35 - Achievement "GOT YOUR BACK"
I did this in Scene 10th: INTO THE PIT, but you can probably do this in Scene 8th: EXECUTION. I just thought the setup for this scene was great for the achievement.

17:55 - Achievement "EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!"
You need to find 10 newspaper scraps across 10 levels in their intros or outros. The only people that can access these are the FANS, EVAN, SON, HENCHMAN and PARDO. BEARD, JAKE, RICHTER don't count. Here's a list of scenes in which to find the newspapers:
• 2nd Scene: Homicide (Intro) (Character: PARDO)
• 6th Scene: Moving Up (Intro) (Character: FANS)
• 7th Scene: No Mercy (Outro) (Character: HENCHMAN)
• 10th Scene: Into The Pit (Intro) (Character: FANS)
• 11th Scene: Dead Ahead (Intro) (Character: PARDO)
• 13th Scene: Subway (Intro) (Character: EVAN)
• 17th Scene: First Blood (Intro) (Character: EVAN)
• 20th Scene: Release (Intro) (Character: EVAN)
• 22nd Scene: Blood Money (Intro) (Character: SON)
• 23rd Scene: Caught (Outro) (Character: PARDO)

The hardest one to find naturally is for Caught, cause you wouldn't just explore the location after the cutscene.


There's also Achievement "GENOCIDE" (kill 50000 enemies, but I didn't get the popup for that
