Welcome back to House Flipper 2 on PC, in this gameplay video I'll be building a coffee shop and skatepark in sandbox mode on medium plot in the Pinnacove Suburbs.

There's been a bug in the game lately that was affecting saves and progress, I lost a lot of this build and had to try and remake what I could remember, I even made the menu from scratch.

I really REALLY like this build and overall I am super happy with how it turned out, I love the little downstairs reading area under the stairs and of course I love the skatepark as well, I'd love to go there for real!! ^_^
