The only difficult part about the House of the Blue Sunbright quest is not knowing what to give Sebastian to send him on his journey. And don't feel bad if that's why you're here. Dragon's Dogma 2 does not hold hands when it comes to figuring out how to complete quests.

One tip I can give is to make sure you speak with every NPC involved in the quest.

Daphne will tell you that Monster parts act as repellant and Diana will tell you that some flowers cause you to get sleepy, while other flowers are poisonous. From this you can deduce that Sebastian needs Waking Powder, Detoxifying Decoction, and parts from a Cyclops. I used the misshapen eye, but I hear you can use a rugged bone as well.
