Hover 1 Rally Scooter Review 2019
192I've been waiting for a good scooter to replace the Ninebot ES4 that's been out for a year. I haven't seen anything that got my attention yet; but I needed something to hold me over until I felt like spending good money on a mid-tier scoot. However, This Hover 1 Rally is a budget-tier scooter. This will be a quick review of the Rally.
At $190 dollars, this scooter is reasonably priced for the performance I have gotten from it. The lower ranged scooters often get looked over by most youtubers so I felt like this one was worth at least another look. Perhaps it's niche price-range could be the right choice for someone that simply needs to get a few miles out, rather than a full-on commute.
This is the neighborhood scooter. The College Campus scooter. It doesn't take itself too seriously. It has exactly what it needs and not much more than that, but it's actually brilliant because of it. So long as it works properly, and is well taken care of, there is some potential here. If it were possible to have this frame but an extended battery, then this scooter would be perfect for me.
The Hover 1 Rally looks awesome, has a great price, and surprised me with a 15mph flat surface speed.
It is advertised at 13mph with 7 miles of range.
So far I am seeing 11-13mph at most uphill climbs, 15 mph on flat terrain, and anywhere between 16-20 mph on downhill slopes.
Thats not too bad for an entry level scooter.
