It’s no secret that, as gamers, we struggle with things from time to time. Whether it’s not getting what we want, a lack of support or never-ending grappling matches with our own personal demons.
And for those who picked streaming as their career path, those struggles are often magnified tenfold - the long hours where you constantly have to be ‘on’, the persistent fear of losing viewership based on which game you’re playing, and the pressure of the spotlight all take their toll.
But that’s where Alok Kanojia, better known as Dr. K, comes in.
He’s an American psychiatrist who’s made it his life’s mission to help everyone’s favourite Twitch personalities confront their mental health in a… less than conventional way.
