RPD has a bug where killers cannot pick up survivors, map got killswitched... (Still does) But when mainly Azarov & Forgotten Ruins has a high chance of spawning Placeholder tiles allowing survivors to escape out of bounds, "BHVR: Nah that's fine no need to kill switch the maps..."
