We're taking a look at the future of the Assassin's Creed franchise and the Assassin's Creed multiplayer. AC introduced multiplayer many years ago, all the way back in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, but Ubisoft did a very poor job actually maintaining these services. Assassin's Creed Unity is one of the most egregious examples, as despite being a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One era game, it doesn't even work correctly. Now, we're expected to hope that projects like Assassin's Creed Invictus and the Assassin's Creed Animus system will be maintained and cared about?
