Here's a little tweak that could make Chameleon a way cooler villain in Kung Fu Panda 4: Instead of having her steal others' powers just because she's "too small," why not make it because she never had the drive to get good at Kung Fu? So, instead of putting in the effort like Po did, she took the shortcut and grabbed what she wanted from those she envied. This would add some serious depth to her character and create a cool connection with Po, kinda like what Tai Lung had going on – you know, like the Yin Yang of the Kung Fu world.
