As India eyes a permanent seat at UNSC, S Jaishankar has revealed why it's a difficult dream. The external affairs minister questioned the credibility of United Nations Security Council without India among its permanent member nations. He also said that India's neighbours were not generous and were making the process difficult for India. He spoke while interacting with students of PES University in Bengaluru.
