This is a “Good! Great! Awesome! Outstanding! AMAZING!” Reference that I didn’t know about until I was casually playing Sonic Mania looking at what the signs in Studiopolis Zone say. One of them say “Lock On Technology!” Something Sega used to link Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles together to get Sonic 3 and Knuckles! Also in act 2 those little flippy things that reveal a message, one says “Genesis Does!” And I may be wrong but I think that was the Sega Genesis’s motto until the SNES released. All I know about “Genesis Does” is that it was in an add for the Sega Genesis. It was before Sonic even existed so that’s kinda weird.
