Ghost of Tsushima is a visually impressive and fun game. It has a great story and some great characters. However trophy wise it becomes like every other open world game.

You only need 1 playthrough of the game on any difficulty, so no need for multiple playthroughs. There some miscellaneous stuff like counter attack after a perfect parry 20 times. Kill the maximum amount of enemies in a single standoff, upgrade you abilities.

There is your standard collectibles you need to get, a ton of areas to liberate.
A whole bunch of side quests that unfortunately get very repetitive in terms of gameplay. You go to a location, investigate, go to the next area and kill enemies. Rinse and repeat.

Overall an easy game to platinum. It took me 69 hours to Platinum and honestly it was getting pretty tedious in my opinion at the end with all the side quests being the same and the areas to liberate. If you are bored of open world game trophies this one won't change your mind. As much as the story is a fun time and gameplay is solid, trophy wise nothing is new or exciting. If you have no problem with open world games and trophies this is an easy one to add to your collection
