HOW DO I RELOAD?!?! - Payday 2 VR Beta - Payday 2 HTC Vive VR Review
6It's bank robbing time! With the help of my friends Luna, Dan and Tim, we hop into Payday2 as I try out the HTC Vive VR Beta of the game. Let me just say, it's absolutely insane in VR. You get to play with friends that are not in VR as you go around, shoot some cops, collect some loot and try to make it away. I was a little bit confused at first as to how to reload my gun, switch weapons and the basic controls, but by the end, i was able to play just as well as someone playing off a regular computer. It was a ton of fun, and any fan of the game that owns an HTC Vive should definitely check it out.
In order to play this demo, simply right click on Payday 2 in steam, go to properties, then betas and change it to open_vr_beta - Jump in and test! If you have friends that want to play with you, they will also have to change to this mode. When you start the game, simply choose steamVR version if you're playing in an HTC Vive, or the other option if you are playing off a PC.
