Every employer expects the new hire to go learning new things when they are half asleep being told to wake up at 4:00 in the morning and be on duty at 5 or 6 AM ready to learn when they are asleep. It makes more sense to me to make the people who are already relative to the operations that could easily solve it could easily switch shifts because they can do it in their sleep.
So what the disease and virus has taught me over the last 48 at once is that our immunity and our good health and safety is Paramount.
But they expect for me to wake up at 4:00 in the morning when I normally do not go to sleep until after the sun rises and people are already 2 hours deep into their 1st shift. Employers will forever expect the new hire to learn when they are dead tired and each day that they work 8,10 or 12 hours, For each day with the hot summer and heat index rose it will bring down my health and I won't let them and I walked out the door.
I walked out the door because on my 4th day I was stuck in construction traffic. I did everything but but conditions of reality and forced constraints to our travel such as 5 miles of metropolitan freeway artery main ventricle for our travel between North and South up the middle of Detroit and suburbs to get to our income and employers... Totally congested. And with all the fools getting into accidents it just makes it that much harder to count on a reliable time that is giving by a computer system.
I was late and I asked the company if we could put me on a float at the least the least and it would make more sense because I would learn more of the team as I am between shifts.
But stupid corporate policy just like corporate politics or our real life constitutional politics. We live in such a blur of lies that we really care about one another.
Because everybody who is having their fancy life thinking of Justin's cells and will not bounce a shift for themselves when they never have to go to a second or 3rd shift ever.
They will always expect me to have to adapt to all of their white collars. And I say Fc off.
I resign.
My immunity my health is detrimental and it is priority.
I joined another company and they have offered me also 15% salary increase for the suffering of having to be lower seniority and being forced to take the only available positional slot that is on the graveyard shift. But I was born opposite of everybody else so it totally suits me and I get the privilege I think and benefit of 15% more than the best guy on 1st shift. Unfortunately money pisses people off. And if I was on 1st shift I know damn well I would be pissed off because when you work on the 1st shift with the white collars you have a hell of a more headache with the on your shoulder looking over your back what are you doing what is wrong what are you fixing?
Life is about checks and balances.
But if we have no say and they have open suggestion policies and doors and open offices none of that matters if that paper never gets revised to the workbooks that instruct how the entire thing is to be operated.
We can just keep kidding ourselves. I've been with this reality since I was a child having to go to regular school as a child and I could never wake up. I wasn't awake until we were already walking home from school. I am of an opposite face and I'm not the only one there is millions of us. And we develop these conditions mentally, That where we feel different or we may be even insulted because usually the graveyard shift people are considered to be like vampires or there is always a different side or way that they live different than those during the day.
Because we are alone at night because everyone who is responsible with the white collar or a business hour position they are sleeping. And so if you are a good person like I am with a good intent you are left alone with the dark side of life and the people who don't have responsibility are the majority who rule the night.
