Here I talk about my frustration, knowing how easy it's to make destruction in UE4. For fuck sake, evacuate the game's city if you don't want innocents to die. Shield main structures with un-breakable armors like real villains would do.
It's not hard, decay to the objects or not. Just test the decay to the point so you know how many objects can console take and old objects.
