15 years ago Damien Mander was an Australian soldier in Iraq. Now, he leads a team of fearless female wildlife rangers in Zimbabwe and sings the praises of womens empowerment initiatives. In an extended interview with 60 minutes reporter Tom Steinfort, Mander says the Akashinga women have changed his life.
