How Furina's name connected to her character, Beyond Game

It is no secret that our Hydro Archon, Furina, has her name drawn from Furrina, the goddess of springs. But is that really all the information that was used to craft the lore around Furina?


p.s. There are quite a few notable words associated with Furrina than I gave them credit for in this video.
Such as fervēre, by metathesis frurr to furr, meaning to bubble or boil.
fur-, as we know, thief
furvus, meaning dark-colored, which led to some theory of her connection as the Underworld goddess.
For genshin, Foscalor name can be link to fusca, sharing same pronunciation fus to fos-, giving the meaning of dark as opposed to furvus which supports dark color. This is what gives her the association with the Underworld.
In hindsight, I should had included all this in the video to make her name meaning more complete.
