In this video, I'm sharing what happened when I bought a pair of glasses from GlassesUSA.com. I was very excited to get my new glasses, but things didn't go as planned. I ended up losing money and when I call, there is NEVER a manager available. They tell you that they will call you back, but never call. They hide behind instant messengers using script, and will never put a manager on the call when you ask for them. Their favorite quotes are "We understand, and we apologize", "Just contact us back in 48 hours if you havent received your order" etc. I want to make sure you avoid these kinds of situations, so be sure to watch this video and learn what to look out for when buying glasses online!
