One issue that has been happening over the past couple of months is that when people have to go the doctor or to the hospital they have been nervous about either catching the coronavirus or playing their part in overwhelming health systems. So that has meant in some cases that people have missed urgent care that they really need. We went to find out how staff are trying to see more patients remotely.
